Okay, so it was a no and my body is stupid. My blood test proved I wasn't pregnant and my doctor has asked me to do some homework on some procedures before we meet on Friday, April 10. So between then and now, I've done my homework and written down about 100 questions in my spiral notebook to ask him. I suppose we are going to discuss IVF and future IUI's. I am not ready for IVF and don't know that I ever will be besides the fact that it costs around $20,000. However, I'm willing to listen to the procedure facts so I can make an educated decision not just an emotional one. Anyway, Josh and I would like to take a break for a little while and we can't afford any more treatments until January. So in the mean time, we are planning a vacation to help get our minds off of not being able to have a baby this year. That's not to say we won't continue to try naturally...it just means we probably won't be successful. My mom has surgery next week Tuesday and then Josh has surgery the next day on Wednesday so I'm pretty much going to be taking care of patients. It will be fun because it's not me getting poked and prodded for the first time! Both are a little nervous about their surgeries but I'm sure they will be fine. Mom's having her cataracts removed from her left eye and Josh is having polyps removed from his nose. It will improve thier quality of life so I'm all for it. That's pretty much it for right now.
